Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for taking time to visit our site and doing business with Little Chicken. Kindly note that your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. This Return and Refund policy document seeks to clearly define conditional rules of agreement between the service provider and the customer.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- In order to return/ exchange goods that you are not satisfied with, we need to receive the item/s within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund/ exchange.
- To be eligible for a return/ exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The goods must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.
- To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with a reason for your return/ exchange via e-mail email@example.com
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect goods and notify you that we have received your return with approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). If you paid for courier of the goods, the cost of courier will not be refunded.
- You will receive the credit within a reasonable time frame, depending on your bank’s policies.
- Should an exchange be requested, please notify us accordingly via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
- Should your exchange be approved, we will courier the new goods to you within a reasonable time frame. Courier of this exchange will be charged for accordingly.
- You will be responsible for the cost of courier for returning your goods, unless the goods are faulty.
How to do a return
- Before goods are sent back to us please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for your return/ exchange
- Whether you would prefer a credit, refund or exchange
- Pack and seal your parcel securely, in the original packaging if possible.
All goods must be returned using a traceable mailing method. Little Chicken cannot be held liable for any garments lost during transportation.
Once we have received your goods, you will be notified via email. We will then confirm with you whether you would like to receive a credit, refund or exchange for the garment. Credits, refunds and exchanges will be arranged within 5 days.
